Highly concentrated antiseptic and disinfectant liquid with a wide spectrum of action

DESCRIPTION

A highly concentrated wide-spectrum aseptic and disinfectant liquid agent, intended for disinfection of objects of veterinary supervision and prevention of infectious animal diseases. Visually Septel is a clear, colorless or light yellow liquid that foams when shaken. Mixes easily with water in any ratio. The product is released packaged in 1; 5; 10; 20; 30 l in plastic cans of appropriate capacity or 200 l in plastic barrels.

BENEFITS

Alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride, glutaraldehyde and glyoxal, which are part of the product, have a wide spectrum of antimicrobial action against most gram positive and gram-negative bacteria, viruses and fungi.

When frozen and frozen-thawed, it does not lose its properties.

There is no need to remove the worst livestock products — all productive qualities are preserved.

INGREDIENTS

Septel contains a quaternary ammonium compound — alkyldimethylbenzylammonium chloride - 10 ± 2.0%, glutaraldehyde and glyoxal equivalent to glutaraldehyde - 10 ± 2.0% - as active ingredients, and purified drinking water as excipient.

BIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES

The agent is effective against all groups (first, second, third and fourth) of pathogens resistance, including African swine fever, tuberculosis.

The disinfectant activity of Septel is based on its ability to penetrate bacterial cells, react with amino groups of proteins of microorganisms, blocking the matrix-genetic function and disrupting redox processes in the microbial cell.

INDICATIONS FOR USE

Septel is used for preventive and forced disinfection of objects of veterinary supervision:

a)livestock, including poultry, fur-breeding premises, technological equipment and equipment for caring for animals located there;

b)road transport, railway cars and other types of vehicles used for the transportation of animals, raw materials of animal origin, as well as places where animals are gathered (territory and other objects of pre slaughter animals housing, markets, exhibitions etc.);

c)premises, facilities and equipment in zoos, circuses, nurseries, vivariums, veterinary hospitals and clinics;

d)overalls for operating personnel

e)for refueling disinfection mats and disinfection barriers

METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION

Disinfection shall be carried out with aqueous solutions of Septel by means of irrigation, immersion, wiping or with an aerosol obtained using aerosol generators, after thorough mechanical cleaning and washing of the premises.

Preventive disinfection shall be carried out by irrigation or wiping with a 0.2% solution of Septel at a consumption rate of 0.3 l / m2 and an exposure time of 20 minutes.

Necessary (current and final) disinfection for infectious diseases of resistance groups 1 and 2 shall be carried out with a 0.5% solution at a consumption rate of 0.5 l / m2 and an exposure time of 30 minutes.

Disinfection for African swine fever and foot and mouth disease shall be carried out with a 1.0% solution of Septel at a consumption rate of 0.5 l / m and an exposure of 60 minutes.

Disinfection for infectious diseases of the 3rd group of resistance (tuberculosis) shall be carried out with a 2.0% solution of Septel at a consumption rate of 0.5 l / 2 m and an exposure time of 60 minutes.

Disinfection for spore infectious diseases of the 4th group of resistance (anthrax, coccidiosis of animals) shall be carried out with a 5.0% solution of Septel at a 2 consumption rate of 0.5 l / m and an exposure of 1 hour.

To use Septel at temperatures below -20 °C, prepare the working solution in a 40% aqueous solution of diethylene glycol (ethylene glycol, propylene glycol) or in a 20% aqueous solution of sodium chloride.

SHELF LIFE

5 years from the date of production. Working solutions retain their activity for 14 days at temperatures from 00С to 350С.
